ACCRETIDATION PROCEDURES
The purpose of the accreditation process is to formally identify and validate the status of all participants at the European Universities Handball Championship 2025, granting them the appropriate access rights, services, and responsibilities throughout the event. Accreditation is essential for ensuring security, logistics, and smooth coordination during the Championship.
Accreditation Centre
The accreditation centre for athletes, officals and volunteers will be located on the Sports Compex of the University of Beira Interior, in the room 1110.
Accreditation Procedure
Each delegation will be accredited collectively by its designated team leader, who will represent the group at the accreditation desk. The procedure will follow these steps:
Step 1: Data reconciliation and financial status check
Step 2: Briefing and orientation (accommodation, meals, local transport, facilities, check travel plan)
Step 3: EUSA Control Commission - check of entitlements and eligibility
Step 4: Issuance of accreditation card
Step 5: Distribution of welcome packages
Required documents
Please prepare and collect all the necessary documents in advance Identity card or passport;
- Printed individual entry form, stamped and signed by the university;
- Signed declaration of liability (for each participant);
- Signed accommodation policy;
- Transaction confirmation (if you have made a transfer before arrival and it has not yet been credited to the registration system, you can provide a transaction confirmation to prove the payment).
