Volunteer Recruitment for the 2025 European Universities Handball Championship

The first phase of national volunteer recruitment for the 2025 European Universities Handball Championship, which will take place in Covilhã from 22nd to 28th July, will begin on the 1st of february. You can do your registration here.
The event is organized by the Academic Association of the University of Beira Interior (AAUBI), in partnership with the University of Beira Interior (UBI), Covilhã City Council (CMC), the Portuguese University Sports Federation (FADU), and the European University Sports Association (EUSA). The organizers aim to build a dynamic and motivated volunteer team to help deliver this international event.
At least 138 volunteers will be recruited and assigned to key operational areas essential for the championship's smooth running.
Volunteers will play a fundamental role in the success of the event, providing assistance to teams, referees, logistics, communications, and other essential areas. In addition, they will have the opportunity to enjoy an enriching experience, engaging with participants from across Europe and contributing to the promotion of university sports.
Applications must be submitted by completing the registration form, which will be available on social media channels and the website of AAUBI. The first recruitment phase runs until February 24th and is open for the roles of Guides, Medical Support, and Communication & Media. A second recruitment phase will later open for Technical Support and Logistics Support positions.
